8. Liability and Insurance

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to:

  • ₹100 per kilogram of gross weight, whichever is lower
  • Maximum liability of ₹10,000 per shipment unless higher coverage is purchased

8.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Consequential, indirect, or special damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Damage due to improper packaging
  • Loss or damage to prohibited items
  • Acts of God, war, terrorism, or civil unrest

8.3 Insurance

Additional insurance coverage is available for high-value shipments. Insurance terms and conditions apply separately.

9. Claims and Disputes

9.1 Claim Notification

Claims for loss or damage must be:

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
  • Submitted in writing with supporting documentation
  • Accompanied by original shipping documents

9.2 Claim Processing

We will investigate claims promptly and provide resolution within 30 days of receipt of complete claim documentation.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:
